WebEngine Tuning question. Hi Guys! I have a tuning question on my OS 55 AX Max. The high end and low end needles are fine but the transition through the middle causes the engine to die. I used brand new #8 os glow plugs too. The engine seems relatively new too. Thoughts on how to solve this would be greatly appreciated.
WebMay 19, 2011 · Start up the engine at 1/4 to 1/3 throttle as previously done. Since cold engines usually do not idle well, open it to run at full throttle for 30 seconds or so to warm up the engine. Now slowly close the throttle to the idle setting. WebJun 12, 2012 · Using a drill bit similar to the diameter of the wire, drill a hole about one inch from each end of a wooden dowel. Now put a 90° bend in the wire and glue it into the hole. Wrap the end with thread and add your choice of glue, or once the wire is glued to the dowel you could slide a piece of Heat-Shrink tubing to it.
