The pump worked again for a few minutes before shutting down and giving me the "drive error, pump has stalled" again.

I'm going from 2600 watts down to 200. Pump speed is user-selected from 600 up to 3400 or so. I understand the knocks these units get (air in the sump, hard to configure, wrong color).
