WebWe have received a lot of boxes from HelloFresh, starting during the pandemic. The food is good, ingredients are fresh and the recipes are pretty easy to follow. We have had occasional slips, like missing a recipe card, or getting a wrong meal, but they re mostly accurate. I like getting 3 meals per week. We are very satisfied with this service. WebHELLO FRESH IS A SCAM. I received a "free" box coupon from a friend and ordered food. I paid for shipping. Food was scheduled to arrive on a Tuesday but was delayed to Thursday. On Thursday I received my food AND a charge of $74.31 on my credit card for a second shipment to arrive the following Monday.
